Weight Training

Kettlebell Training

We give a shout out to the Russians for creating this great piece of equipment back in the 1700s.

Kettlebells were first used with farmers and then they were used as part of military training.

Mor Results implements the use of kettlebells into workouts to enhance cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. 

Plus… they're just fun. You get to learn what a "pood" is, so there.
