We recently talked about the great benefits of drinking lemon water.

BUT - let's take a moment to acknowledge the fact that drinking lemon water is great, but, first and foremost, that must mean you are drinking WATER!

Our bodies are so reliant on water. It is our life source. Water goes far beyond the typical idea of only drinking it to be hydrated. Think of water as your body's lubricant keeping all of your muscles, organs, bones, joints, etc. working smoothly.

Many of my clients always ask me, "but how much water should I be drinking a day?"

Here is a quick and easy way to get a fairly accurate number for yourself.

Take your weight, divide it in half, drink that number (but in ounces).

Example:

Weight: 180 lbs.

Half of that number = 90.

You should aim to drink 90 ounces of water per day.
