While I don't think this is the only way to get healthy or the "only" things you should do… they are certainly a great start.
1. Do an elimination diet
Not in the sense of detox and consuming juice for two weeks. No. But do work on getting rid of the chemicals and artificial ingredients in your life and slowly begin to see the impact this has on how you feel.
2. Learn to cook
One of the absolute best things you can do for yourself is prepare your own food. That doesn't mean preparing macaroni and cheese from a box. Instead, cutting up fresh fruits and vegetables to compliment chicken you've cooked in your own home.
3. Breathing, meditation, mindfulness practice.
Remember to breathe throughout your day. We will never eliminate the stressors of life, but we can at least work on managing and overcoming them. Meditation and finding yourself a peaceful center will do wonders for your health down the road.
